## Summary

Nuclear Restoration Services Limited is actively seeking proposals for the integration and ongoing support of an Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system. As a sub-central public authority, NRS operates from Warrington, United Kingdom, and is poised to enhance their asset management processes through IT services. The tender, currently in the 'active' stage, involves a Competitive flexible procurement procedure and aims to replace existing systems with a unified, cloud-based platform. Interested parties have until 24th July 2025 to express their interest, and the award is set to be completed by 4th May 2026. This initiative supports ISO55000 standards and covers multiple NRS sites with an option for expansion. The anticipated contract value is £21,200,000 GBP, reflecting services above the procurement threshold.

This tender provides substantial business growth opportunities, especially for organisations specialising in IT services such as consulting, software development, and data management. The successful bidder must deliver comprehensive services, including system installation, technical support, and professional training, ensuring the system meets functional requirements. The project also involves collaboration with a system integrator to optimise programme delivery. Companies with expertise in asset management software and cloud-based solutions are particularly well-suited to compete. This contract allows for potential extensions and site additions, promising long-term engagement and the enhancement of digital infrastructure across numerous locations.
