Throughout the duration of the framework, the scope of repairs required are likely to include the following: *Concrete patch repairs to the seawall, promenade, wave-return wall, slipways and beach access steps. *Replacement of concrete blockwork units to a section of blockwork seawall. *Asphalt repairs to sections of asphalt surfaced promenade. *Mortar joint replacement to a section of blockwork seawall. *Joint sealant replacement to the seawall, promenade, wave-return wall and slipways. *Health and safety works to concrete groynes and timber groynes.
