## Notice

Goods will include but not be limited to: -General building materials -Plumbing and heating components -Electrical materials -Trade paints and decorating supplies -Aids and adaptations equipment -Environmentally responsible and sustainable products -Materials supporting emerging energy efficiency and disrepair priorities (e.g. damp and mould solutions) The contract will include ancillary support services but not limited to: -Van stock management -Drop boxes/pop-up stores -Site deliveries -Out-of-hours material access -Data integration for job validation, tracking, and reporting -Waste management solutions linked to materials handling -Yards and logistics management, including deliveries into Aster-owned sites for onward distribution Suppliers must be capable of supporting: -A core product range exceeding 5,000 items -Real-time data integration -High availability of stock and consistent supply performance -Innovation and continuous improvement over a 5-10 year contract term -Social value delivery and alignment with ESG commitments
