## Summary

The procurement opportunity is initiated by LEIDOS SUPPLY, LIMITED, a public authority under the central government, with their offices based in Bristol, United Kingdom. The tender, titled "The Supply of Aural Protection for Musicians," falls under the industry category of safety equipment and hearing aids. This procurement is currently in the planning stage, with a preliminary market engagement notice planned for future release by 26th August 2025. The contract is scheduled to start on 1st June 2026 and conclude by 3rd June 2030, with an estimated value range from £12,480,000 to £31,200,000 excluding VAT. The goods are to be delivered across the United Kingdom in alignment with the Logistics Commodities and Services Transformation (LCS(T)) initiative associated with the UK Ministry of Defence.

This tender presents a significant opportunity for businesses specialising in safety equipment or hearing aids, particularly those experienced in working with public authorities and capable of delivering large-scale procurement services. Small and medium enterprises may find this contract especially promising due to its suitability considerations, and the inclusion within the Prime Contract of the Ministry of Defence highlights a preference for high standards and innovation. The procurement process is ideal for companies looking to expand their operations and secure long-term engagements within the public sector, specifically in the realm of defence and safety equipment supplies.
