Two contracts will predominantly deliver planned/batched works, on a geographical basis. One contract will cover the entire City and will predominately undertake 'responsive' works arising through tenant requests, including works under the scope of Awaab's Law, and Disrepair Claims, where works are subject to prescribed timescales. For business continuity and delivery risk reasons, a supplier/company group, may only be awarded one of the three contracts. Should a supplier tender for more than one contract, WH will determine the Most Advantageous Tender for each award. Each Contract will be for 4 years, under the JCT Measured Term Contract.
