## Summary

Beyond Housing Limited, a public authority sub-central government entity based in Scarborough, United Kingdom, has successfully completed the public procurement process for their Void Support Contract - Routine and Capital Investment. The contracting process was tagged under the industry category of works and involved geographical areas including Redcar (North of Castleton), Whitby, and Scarborough. The procurement stage has reached the award status as of February 2026, following a tender initiated through an open procedure which allowed for broad participation. The contract encompasses a variety of services including routine works, kitchen installations, baths, rewires, and additional house void works, strategically divided into multiple lots. Interested bidders had options to submit for any combination of lots, with either Lot 1 or 10 being mandatory based on geographical interest.

This tender unlocks significant business opportunities, particularly for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) skilled in building installation works. With expected contract durations of up to four years, organisations can leverage recurring work and revenue streams while bolstering their presence in public sector projects. Companies like Buston & Maughan Limited, Gannon Developments Limited, and others have already been identified as viable suppliers, showing a competitive landscape for enterprises specialising in building, painting, and decorating services among others. Businesses adept at managing routine and capital installation work will find the opportunities underpinned by robust demand from Beyond Housing's commitment to efficient management of void properties, with the potential for contract renewals subject to performance and adherence to key performance indicators (KPIs).
