The Service will support people assessed by North Tyneside Adult Social Care and by the North East and North Cumbria Integrated Care Board. Extensions will be based on a 1 yr plus 1 yr extension, total contract period if both extensions taken - 4 years. Lot 6 - Secondary provider for the borough Secondary provider to provide care and support services when required to enable a person to live an independent life, remain in their own home and fully engage in their community. All Zones Renewal: 2-year Framework Contract with the option to extend for a further 2 years.
