### Planning Information

Wolverhampton City Council is undertaking Preliminary Market Engagement in relation to the proposed Design and Build contractor procurement for the Bilston Health and Wellbeing Facility. The purpose of the engagement is to obtain market feedback on the proposed procurement route, form of contract, budget estimate, construction programme, phasing options, form of construction and key project risks.
The proposed facility is to be delivered in Bilston, Wolverhampton, adjacent to and encompassing parts of WV Active Bert Williams Leisure Centre, Bilston Urban Village Medical Centre and Bert Turner Boulevard. The project is expected to include a new two-storey integrated health and wellbeing facility, associated public realm, parking and upgrades to Bert Turner Boulevard.
