The Programme is entering the Delivery Phase and intends to procure products to deliver a Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) solution for Defence Medical Services (DMS) military deployments and operations. ### Lot Information Lot 1 Renewal: End of initial period (30/11/2033) an extension may be applied until 30/11/2038 subject to approvals and subject to contract based on PA2023 Sch. 5 para. 7 additional or repeat goods, services or works. ### Planning Information Initially, a prior information notice was issued on 15/01/2025 to. This included an invite the industry to a Market Interest Day to engage with the project team on the LIMS requirement. Next, the market interest day was held on 05/02/2025 where 21 supplier organisations attended. In the industry day the following was presented to suppliers to help them further understand the LIMS tender. A chronological timeline of the tender events, an overview of DMS (Defence Medical Services), what program CORTISONE is, an overview of Defence Pathology, key capabilities the authority requires from suppliers to deliver LIMS, overview of intermittent connectivity, overview of DEFMED, and finally a Q&A. As a follow on from the Market Interest Day. Only suppliers who expressed interest in the PIN were invited to a 1-2-1 demonstration session of their product. This was an hour slot on Teams where the suppliers could demonstrate their LIMS product to the CORTISONE team.
