The FCDO is seeking an experienced and competent Contractor to deliver this service across its Estate. ### Lot Information Lot 1 Renewal: The contract will include an optional 12 month extension, which the Authority may exercise at its discretion to maintain continuity of service and ensure operational resilience. The Authority may choose to apply the extension where the supplier has shown consistent achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across the core contract period. This includes sustained delivery against service critical measures such as security performance, operational responsiveness, adherence to incident management protocols, training and competence standards, and customer service requirements. ### Planning Information The Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) will hold an online-only Premarket Engagement event for its Manned Guarding Services procurement on 19 January 2026, from 15:00 to 16:30 UK time.
