## Summary

Efficiency East Midlands Limited (EEM) is conducting an open tender process to establish the EEM0067 Fire Safety, Security & Entry and Access Systems Framework, intended to replace existing frameworks by incorporating them into a single consolidated contract. This tender spans a comprehensive framework for installation, servicing, and maintenance of fire safety, security systems, and entry access solutions across domestic and commercial properties throughout the United Kingdom, divided into various lots based on workstreams and geographic locations. The contract period runs from 9th November 2026 to 8th November 2030, with a total potential framework value of £550 million. Tenders must be submitted via the Delta eSourcing portal by 14:00 on 14th August 2026, and presentations form a significant part of the tender assessment process, accounting for 45% of the evaluation criteria.

Businesses operating within the fire safety, security, and access control systems sector will find this tender an attractive proposition for growth. A diverse range of opportunities exists for suppliers who can offer comprehensive solutions across fire safety systems, intruder alarms, CCTV, and access control technologies. Due to the tender’s nationwide scope and the potential requirement for integrated services across multiple lots, businesses with capability for large-scale implementations and maintenance across these services will be well-suited to compete. The tender encourages participation from SMEs and VCSEs, making it an inclusive opportunity for providers who can meet the technical and commercial criteria set out in the framework.
