## Summary

The London Borough of Havering is in the planning stage of a procurement process for the provision of Supported Housing services at Laws Park House. This project aims to offer support and care services in a 6-flat setup for individuals with Learning Disabilities and Autism. This procurement, tagged under health and social work services, is located in Romford, United Kingdom, in the region UKI52. The planned contract period is from 14th September 2026 to 13th September 2029, with a potential extension to September 2031. A market engagement is scheduled for 16th September 2025, with expressions of interest to be submitted by 11th September 2025.

This tender presents significant opportunities for businesses specialising in health and social care, particularly those registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and holding a 'Good' or 'Outstanding' rating. Small to medium enterprises (SMEs) experienced in supported housing services can leverage this opportunity to expand their portfolio and establish a foothold in the public sector. The requirement for care and support services suggests that providers with a strong background in delivering personalised care to adults with learning disabilities would be well-suited to compete. This tender not only offers potential business growth through long-term contract engagement but also provides a platform for companies to contribute to meaningful community services.
