## Notice

OUTREACH: The Service will enable adults over the age of 18 years who are elgible for support to lead full and active lives. The service will promote health and wellbeing and social interaction and relationship building with peers to enable service users to undertake and be included in activities. SITTING: The Service will support carers of adult service users to have a break from their caring responsibility by providing support to the service user in their homes to remain safe and comfortable whilst the carer is absent. The service will be home-based and provide a daytime sitting service and / or a night sitting /sleepover service to support service users and their carers.
