## Notice

UEA is seeking to appoint a reputable company with a proven track record in directly managing and delivering technically demanding Facilities Management services to similar organisations. The scope of Facilities Management Services required includes Integrated Facilities Management for its properties and the Quadram Institute managed by Quadram Institute Partners (QIP), designed to deliver the optimal value for money (VFM) solution. It is anticipated that all services will be underpinned by technology, and robust policies and procedures, which will at all times reflect good industry practice within an environment of continuous improvement.

University of East Anglia invites interested organisations to attend a pre-market engagement session, to be held via Microsoft Teams, in relation to an upcoming opportunity for the provision of Integrated Facilities Management (FM) Services to the UEA, INTO and Quadram Partners.
The purpose of this session is to provide an overview of the forthcoming opportunity and to engage with potential suppliers ahead of the formal tender process.
Following the session, participating organisations will be invited to complete a questionnaire.
