## Summary

Transport for London (TfL) is initiating a tender process under the project titled 'Dial A Ride Taxicard and MOAT Overspill Taxi Services'. This procurement process is targeted at providing essential door-to-door transport services for older and disabled individuals throughout London. The procurement falls under the 'services' category and is valued at approximately £3,974,539, with the process being conducted via an 'open' competitive flexible procedure. The tender stage is active, with submissions closing on 27th May 2026, while the provision of services is set to commence on 30th June 2026, continuing until 31st August 2029, with potential extensions up to 31st August 2031. Interested parties must register and submit bids through TfL’s SAP Ariba system.

This tender offers substantial opportunities for growth, particularly for taxi operators who have the capacity to provide comprehensive service coverage throughout Greater London without the need for subcontracting. Businesses adept at managing scheduled and ad-hoc transport services for both Dial-a-Ride and Taxicard members, including accessible vehicle options, are encouraged to participate. The evaluation process emphasizes technical quality and social value, making it ideal for businesses that can incorporate these elements alongside competitive pricing. Additionally, there are unique opportunities for SMEs to engage with TfL, fostering inclusivity and ensuring high service delivery standards across the capital.
