This prospective contract will cover - generally speaking - the design, installation, servicing and maintenance of essential mechanical systems and electrical systems across the whole of Great Places' housing stock as well as its offices. The prospective contract will meet all relevant regulatory and compliance standards. This is for an existing requirement.
