The aim of the service is to provide a single point of access for all ENT and audiological referrals that results in a consistent approach to triage and streamlining service provision reducing duplication to ensure patients are booked for 'the right care, in the right place, the first time'.

The Contracting Authority are intending to award a contract to the existing provider following the PSR Direct Award C Process.

Contract period - 1st July 2025 to 30th June 2028.
