## Notice

NHS North of England Commercial Procurement Collaborative (NOE CPC) is undertaking preliminary market engagement to inform the development of a replacement framework for its existing Laundry and Linen Services Total Solutions (NOE.0572) framework, serving the NHS and the wider public sector. The new Framework will comprise a complete solution that caters for both inhouse and outsourced laundry and linen service models. It will include a broad range of services including but not limited to General Patient Laundry and Linen Service (Hired and Trust Owned), CE Marked Barrier Theatre Textiles (Hired and Trust Owned), Managed Services, Consultancy/Training, Installation, Repairs and Maintenance of Laundry Equipment, Provision of Commercial Laundry Equipment (Purchase and Lease), Provision of Industrial Laundry Equipment (Purchase and Lease).

NOE CPC is inviting feedback from the market to help inform the development of a replacement framework for Laundry and Linen Total Solutions. 
We invite bidders to participate by completing a pre-market engagement survey. Please register your interest in participating by emailing to enquiries@noecpc.nhs.uk. Please state ‘Laundry and Linen Pre Market Engagement’ in the subject heading.
NOE CPC intends to hold one‑to‑one engagement sessions with interested suppliers to explore key themes and findings in more detail. Notes will be taken during these sessions. Please indicate at the end of the survey if you would like to participate in a session. 
This is not a call for competition and is being conducted without prejudice to any future procurement process.
Any feedback received during this pre market engagement will be used for information purposes only. Feedback will not be evaluated or scored, and it will have no bearing on any potential future tender exercise or contract award.
