The Police Fire and Crime Commissioner for Northamptonshire is awarding contracts for a National Pensions Administration Framework in collaboration with BlueLight Commercial. Renewal: This is an open framework anticipated to be re-opened in 2029 and 2031 at which suppliers can re-join the framework as detailed at Clause 3 of the Framework agreement.

### Planning Information

The Police Fire and Crime Commissioner for Northamptonshire in partnership with Blue Light Commercial are looking to establish a framework for pension administration and software. It is intended that the framework will be divided into two lots 1. Pensions Administration and 2. Pensions Software. Final decisions around the formation of the framework will be made following pre-market engagement. We would like to engage with the market to seek views on our specification and input on the framework and are running sessions for both pensions administration and pensions software on 3rd July 2025.
