## Notice

SNG are seeking to re-tender contracts for both internal and external audit services. The tender shall be divided between two Lots: Lot 2 External Audit The Contracts will be for an initial term of 4 years Please note that due to segregation of duty and to prevent conflict of interest, no bidder can enter into a contract for both services.

### Lot Information

Internal Audit

The successful internal audit provider will collaborate closely with SNG's internal audit team to deliver internal audit services that align with SNG's strategic objectives. The provider will adhere to the SNG Internal Audit Methodology, including structure and format of reporting, throughout the engagement.

Renewal: Subject to satisfactory performance of the successful bidders, there shall be the option for a 3 year extension to the individual contracts. These extensions shall also be subject to agreement in writing between the Parties

External Audit

SNG is seeking to appoint a supplier to enter into an arrangement for the provision of External Statutory Audit Services, The specific areas of the Company's business to be audited during any resulting arrangement would be based upon the legal requirements for a statutory audit and in line with appropriate accounting legislation. Proposals should allow for any known changes in accounting legislation
