## Notice

The Council is establishing a framework for the provision of Tree Works (Arboricultural Services), including hedge pruning, stump removal and re-instatement. The Contract also includes emergency tree works to address situations where for example a tree is at risk of failing or a tree is blocking a road etc. In the event of emergency tree works being required, Suppliers MUST be able to attend site within one (1) hour of receiving notification from the Council.

Comments and suggestions are therefore welcomed as to how the Council could maximise these benefits in the specification for delivery of this service. 
Comments should be returned to the procurement team - procurement@erewash.gov.uk no later than 2pm on 20th June 2025.
Please note, the Council does not guarantee that all suggestions will be incorporated in the tender specification although consideration will be given. It is anticipated that the invitation to tender will be issued w/c 23rd June 2025.
