With several of these existing solutions nearing end of Contract, the University has a time-sensitive opportunity to rethink its approach. Rather than replace like-for-like, we are seeking to implement a centralised, digital Facility Management System that streamlines operations, enables robust cost recovery, supports strategic planning, and improves the user experience for both internal and external stakeholders. This early market engagement exercise seeks to identify potential suppliers who can provide a flexible, scalable, and user-friendly solution aligned with the University's wider digital and sustainability goals.
