## Notice

CPC will be re-tendering the current Building Cleaning Framework which is due to expire on the 31/05/2026 with the option to extend for a further 12 months, however we are not planning on utilising the extension. Through this Framework, you will be able to procure an outsource cleaning service and design it to best meet the needs of your institution. Cleaning services will include but not limited to: * Term time cleaning * Non-term time cleaning Deep / periodic cleaning * One off cleaning * High-level cleaning * Janitorial services * Caretaking services * Washroom consumables provision * Feminine hygiene services * Window cleaning Lotting structure to be determined.
