This tender presents significant opportunities for healthcare businesses, particularly those specialising in nursing services and patient assessments. Companies with experience in integrating services and enhancing social value would be well-suited to compete for similar contracts in the future. The procurement method employed does not require prior publication of a call for competition, which favours existing service providers with proven track records. The decision criteria focused significantly on quality and innovation, as well as value, providing an avenue for innovative healthcare solutions to gain traction. Businesses looking to expand their services in the healthcare sector, especially in collaboration with public health bodies, will find this a strategic opportunity for growth.
