Additional information: This Contract Notice is intended to duplicate and replace notice 2020/S 124-305193 (published via TED 30/06/2020) and subsequent Corrigendum 2020/S 140-345647 (published via TED 22/07/2020). This notice is intended to inform the market that a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the procurement of Personal Protective Equipment was established in 2020 and is hereby extended until 31/01/2029. Any further notice publication concerning the further extension of the DPS or any resultant contract awarded through the DPS shall be communicated via the relevant notice, through Find a Tender. This notice shall serve as the official notification on Find a Tender, of the establishment of the DPS and shall provide notification to the market of the ongoing opportunity provided to interested parties to join the DPS.

Renewal: It is likely that most contracts awarded using the DPS will be renewed for purposes of continued supply. The product range of each contract may, however, change on each renewal. Some contracts may be restructured, merged, divided or no longer required.
