To allow Principal Instructors to train instructors in the approach and to grant sub-licences to contracted third parties to enable those contracted 3rd parties to provide training to their employees. We require: * training of three principal instructors each year (over 5 years) in the PROACT SCIPr UK(r) positive behaviour and physical interventions approach along with accreditation to British Institute of Learning Disabilities (BILD)., * licence for Cambridgeshire PROACT SCIPr UK(r) Centre to deliver the approach to both adults and children's services within Cambridgeshire County Council and ability to issue sub centre licences to third parties with Cambridgeshire. * access to PROACT SCIPr UK(r) Trade Marked materials for training purposes * Centre accreditation to British Institute of Learning Disabilities (BILD) * Access to PROACT SCIPr UK(r) CPD activities such as the annual conference. ### Planning Information Cambridgeshire County Council is interested in understanding from suppliers whether the requirements scoped out above can be supplied by any organisations to allow the council to deliver this service across the county.
