DRM reports into the MoD via a Service Level Agreement (SLA) which measures performance against set targets, particularly in relation to the Armed Forces Covenant (AFC) and Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS). Therefore, it is crucial that DRM understands the impact of its work in relation to Defence People issues. DRM is seeking a research organisation to undertake research on its behalf, to understand the following: *Employers' awareness and knowledge of Defence, the AFC and the ERS; *Employers' relationship with Reservists in the workplace; *Employers' relationship with other military personnel in the workplace including: oService Leavers and Veterans; oCadet Force Adult Volunteers (CFAVs); oService People's Spouses & Partners. *Employers' awareness of rights and safeguards in the case of Reservist mobilisation. The initial contract term will be for 3 years from 1 September 2025 to 31 August 2028 with 2 number of 12 month extensions available for a total contract period of 5 from 1 September 2025 to 31 August 2030.
