This engagement is NOT a call for competition and does NOT form part of a formal procurement process. Responses will inform the development of our strategy, specification and how we approach the market when we do procure. This is a market testing/engagement exercise, as such, there is no guarantee of any business following review of any submission by an organisation expressing interest.
