The current policy library(s) used no longer meets the changing and evolving needs of the organisations it is required to serve. The Authority requires a policy library to do the below processes: • Facilitate consultation on drafts from multiple contributors • Accept feedback on drafts • Allow for an auditable approval for policies and procedures • Publish and store policies and procedures • Manage and review policies and procedures • Archive and audit policies and procedures The Authority is seeking to development it's requirements and better understand what is available on the market.
