### Planning Information

The Authority is seeking to review the market offerings for a policy library for the three organisations; Northamptonshire Police, Northamptonshire Fire and Rescue Service and the Office of the Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner for Northamptonshire. The current policy library(s) used no longer meets the changing and evolving needs of the organisations it is required to serve. The Authority requires a policy library to do the below processes: • Facilitate consultation on drafts from multiple contributors • Accept feedback on drafts • Allow for an auditable approval for policies and procedures • Publish and store policies and procedures • Manage and review policies and procedures • Archive and audit policies and procedures The Authority is seeking to development it's requirements and better understand what is available on the market. Suppliers are requested to complete the PME document and then some suppliers will be invited to demonstrations to help further our requirements development.
