The platform aims to enable a structured method for managing ideas within each ICB, and if necessary, it can allow information sharing between ICBs, although this feature will initially be disabled. Interested vendors should submit a detailed proposal outlining their IMP solution, including: * Functional capabilities aligned with the requirements. * Implementation plan and timeline. * Scalability roadmap to accommodate future growth. * Data security measures. * Customer Service and Maintenance regime. * A minimum of one case study / example of a similar project (no longer than 2 sides A4). * Pricing structure, licensing model, and total cost of ownership (TCO) broken down as follows: o Price for development and implementation o Price
