## Summary

The National Army Museum, based in London, has initiated a public procurement process under the title "Build Elements for Temporary Burma Exhibition," focusing on construction work within the museum-exhibition services industry category. The project involves the refurbishment of an exhibition space and the construction of the 'Beyond Burma' exhibition. Currently in the tender stage, significant dates include the tender submission deadline on 1st July 2025, with the contract period spanning from 7th July 2025 to 28th July 2025. The procurement is conducted using an open procedure, with submission methods allowing for both electronic and written bids.

This tender represents a potential opportunity for businesses specialising in construction and exhibition services to engage in a culturally significant project with a high-profile public institution. Suitable candidates will be those capable of adhering to specific requirements such as the off-site manufacture and on-site build expertise, confirming measurements, and producing As Built drawings. The project requires agility to manage the accelerated timeline due to the limited turnaround of the installation. Companies that can offer expert construction services within a museum setting and contribute to developing engaging cultural exhibitions would be well placed to benefit from this project, with a contract valued at £45,000.
