## Summary

The public procurement process involves NHS Hampshire and the Isle of Wight Integrated Care Board awarding a contract for "Assisted Conception" services. This falls under the industry category of community health services. The procurement was carried out under the Health Care Services Provider Selection Regime, with a limited procurement method that bypassed the usual Public Contracts Regulations. This particular contract covers services from 1st June 2025 to 31st May 2026. The procurement stage is at the completion phase, with the contract having been awarded to Oxford Fertility Limited, a small to medium enterprise (SME), effective from 30th May 2025. The services will primarily be delivered in the UKJ3 region, encompassing parts of Hampshire and the Isle of Wight.

This tender offers significant opportunities for businesses in the healthcare sector, particularly those specialising in fertility and reproductive health services. Companies with expertise in delivering high-quality, cost-effective health solutions can benefit from such contracts due to the stability and partnership with a major health board like NHS Hampshire and the Isle of Wight Integrated Care Board. Given the nature of the contract, organisations with the capacity for collaborative innovation and adaptability to patient-specific needs will be well-suited to compete for similar future opportunities. As the procurement falls outside the scope of standard regulations, entities familiar with navigating alternative procurement processes may find themselves at an advantage.
