The contract was awarded to Thrive Health Hubs, trading as Thurrock Health Hubs, to address the withdrawal of prescribing services by several practices and ensure continuity of ADHD care. The indicative value of the contract is PS20,000 for the period. The award is being made urgently in order to provide continuity of care. There is significant risk that if this award was not made there would be an impact on this cohort of patients to their health. The reason for the urgency was not foreseeable by and is not attributable to the relevant authority and delaying the award to conduct a full application of the PSR would be likely to pose a risk to patient or public safety.
