The areas in the scope of this Procurement are as follows: * Warwickshire County Council (WCC) * Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council (DMBC) * Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council (SMBC). The administration of each of the above Contracts, including payment to the successful supplier for Services carried out in accordance with the applicable Contract, will be carried out independently by, and will be the responsibility of, the applicable Council procuring the Services in question.
