## Notice

### Lot Information

Lot 1 - Manufacture and Supply of PADC Plastic

As detailed in the technical specification for PADC Manufacture covering the supply of PADC Plastic. The supplier will solely be responsible for supplying the required quantity of sheets to the second supplier who will undertake the work based in Lot 2.

Options: Option to extend by 2 x 1 year

Renewal: Option to extend - To purchase 40 quantity monthly.

Lot 2 - Cutting and encoding of PADC Plastic

Lot 2 - Cutting and encoding of PADC Plastic Once the second supplier takes delivery of the PADC Plastic sheets, it is their responsibility to cut and encode the sheets as per the exact technical requirements set out in the Specification for cutting and encoding.

Options: Option to extend by 2 x 1 year

### Planning Information

UKHSA is seeking to appoint a provider for the provision of supply, cutting and encoding of PADC plastic. The plastic is required for the Personal Dosimetry Service based at Chilton. UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA) provides personal dosimetry services (PDS) which measure the amount of radiation exposure received by workers. The service is provided to users of ionising radiation in a variety of sectors, e.g. medical and nuclear, which measures workers’ radiation doses by means of dosemeters or “badges”. We are carrying out preliminary market engagment for this project as part of the pre-tender market engagement process.
