Services provided will operate to specified timetables. Vehicles used in the performance of this Contract will be fully licensed as a Public Service Vehicle (PCV) or a Community Transport vehicle, licenced under Section 19 of the Transport Act, 1985 (CT). They will also be compliant with the terms of the Equality Act 2010. Vehicles will have a minimum 16 seats and be capable of being configured to carry a minimum of two wheelchairs with a minimum of eight seated passengers. Drivers must be fully conversant with the route and operational details prior to commencing operation. Operational hours are from 07:00 to 00:00, Monday to Friday.
