Lot 1

Provision of Tier 2 Community Weight Management Service on Referral, it is the intention to award the Services to the existing Provider after completing PSR Award Process C. The contract will run from 1st July 2025 to the 30th June 2028. The value over the lift time is anticipated to be PS60,000.00
