The provision of a mental health recovery support service. The service provides support for people with mental health conditions, specifically 1:1, group support and recovery coaching for adults with both functional and long-term mental health issues in the Morecambe Bay area. Start Date: 01/04/2025 End Date: 31/03/2026 The approximate lifetime value of the contract is PS102,819 however the final contract value is still to be finalised. The ICB are intending to award a contract to an existing provider following direct award process C.

### Procurement Information

This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the processes as set out in the PSR have been applied and not the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 or the Procurement Act 2023.
