Lot 1

The aims of the Service are to provide a clinically safe and competent GP Out of hours and Integrated Urgent Primary Service accessible to the local population across Bury. The Service is to provide access to urgent primary care, working in partnership with the wider urgent care system across community, ambulance, acute health and social care. This contract will be for 12-months from 1st April 2025 - 31st March 2026. This contract has a 12-month optional extension which would take the contract to 31st March 2027. The total value of this contract will be PS4,303,288. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of The Procurement Act 2023 Regulations do not apply to this award. The publication of this notice marks the start of the standstill period. Representations by providers must be made to decision makers by midnight on 27th June 2025. This contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award under the PSR.
