## Summary

SUPPLY CHAIN COORDINATION LIMITED, a public authority of sub-central government in London, is conducting an open procurement process for the supply of "Intravenous Cannula and Associated Products". This procurement falls under the goods industry category with a substantial budget of £140 million, grossing up to £168 million. The procurement process has reached the tender stage as of 12 January 2026, with all relevant documents available. Potential suppliers must submit their proposals by 27 February 2026, and the enquiry period ends on 20 February 2026. The procurement will take place through the NHS Supply Chain eTendering portal, allowing suppliers to engage in a framework agreement with the possibility of reopening competition.

This tender presents substantial business growth opportunities, particularly for businesses specialising in medical supplies such as intravenous access devices. The procurement process encourages participation from various businesses, including small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and voluntary, community, and social enterprises (VCSEs). Businesses with ISO and CE certifications, a valid Carbon Reduction Plan, and strong cyber security measures are particularly well-suited to compete. The framework agreement offers a comprehensive platform for long-term partnership and expansion, with a base contract period starting on 1 April 2027 and ending on 31 March 2029, potentially extending up to 2031. This structure provides a stable and predictable opportunity to deliver essential medical products and services to the NHS.
