## Summary

The Border to Coast Pensions Partnership Limited, headquartered in Leeds, United Kingdom, has completed the procurement process for the "Managed Service Provider Contract" within the ICT services and solutions sector. This contract, valued at £8.4 million gross, aims to support the organisation's infrastructure management and future ICT objectives. It encompasses a range of services from hardware and infrastructure management to cyber and data resilience capabilities. The contract, awarded to Kocho Group Limited, was initiated using an open procurement method with a competitive flexible procedure and covers a contract period from 2026 to 2030, with the possibility of extending up to 2034.

This ICT Managed Service Tender offers significant business growth opportunities for firms experienced in managed services, ICT solutions, and support systems. Given the scale and scope of the contract, companies that excel in providing comprehensive ICT and data resilience services, including cloud-based solutions and Microsoft 365 environments, will find this contract particularly beneficial. Large organisations with a robust service framework capable of handling a single-site operation for around 180 users are well-equipped to compete in such tenders, leveraging the chance to partner with a substantial public authority like Border to Coast.
