There are two sites, Peachment Place which is located on Howarth Close which is off St Peter's Road in Bury and Redbank which is located on Lowe Street in Radcliffe. The Council is seeking to award concessions to one or more suitably qualified professional organisations for the provision of a bistro service at these extra care schemes. The concession for these services will be for a 5-year period with the actual start date will be agreed with the successful bidder) with a 5-year extension concession.
