Extra Care Services at three schemes in the Bradford District (The Beeches, Fern House and Grove House) Additional information: Direct award made on the basis that services where landlord and support provider are the same organisation, procurement of the support element only is not viable. Contract contains an optional extension period of up to 24 months in one or more periods, subject to satisfactory contractor performance, to end 31 March 2030. Value is total contract value including extension period.
