In addition to these elements section 2.9 of the specification does identify specific activities for which AWE will request quotations on an as required basis. Renewal: The initial contract term will be a period of 5 years however, AWE will have the right to extend the initial term for a further period of 12 months subject to AWE providing written notice to the Supplier prior to expiry of the initial term. ### Planning Information AWE issued an RFI in August 2024 under Public Contract Regulations 2015 to approximately 34 Suppliers to evaluate the level of interest in the market place 13 responded of which only 7 returned the response.
