The presence of renowned buyer Liverpool City Region Combined Authority further underlines the project's strategic importance, making it a lucrative opportunity for qualified suppliers. ## Notice LCRCA are conducting a fundamental review of their transport modelling tools to develop a long-term plan which is designed to make best use of emerging data sources in the LCR and provide a more agile approach to transport modelling. ### Lot Information Lot 1 Renewal: The Authority may, by giving the Supplier not less than 14 days' written notice prior to expiry of the Initial Term, request the extension of this agreement in respect of the whole (or part) of the Services and on the same terms mutatis mutandis, for a period of up to 12 months' from the day following expiry of the Initial Term. ### Planning Information LCRCA will be hosting an online 90-minute presentation session via Teams for interested suppliers between 13:00 and 14:30 on Tuesday 8 July 2025, limited to to two attendees per company. We will present a slideshow for between 20-30 minutes, outlining the requirement and the expected quality levels we are looking for from bidders, with the remaining session time available for interested suppliers to ask questions. Interested suppliers should confirm their attendance to the presentation session to michael.potter@liverpoolcityregion-ca.gov.uk and sarah.pierce@liverpoolcityregion-ca.gov.uk by no later than 4pm on Monday 7 July 2025; following which they will be sent an invite to the presentation session.
