## Notice

Cardiff Council is seeking to tender for Supported Accommodation Services aimed at single individuals with low-level support needs. These tenders will award the support aspect of service delivery only. The tender focuses on support services for low-level clients, with a contract duration of up to 7 years and an approximate annual budget of PS930,000, subject to funding confirmation. 128 units of accommodation are required on no more than 2 sites, ensuring that the facilities meet specific requirements for vulnerable clients. The preference is self-contained accommodation; sites with shared facilities would be considered. A review would be carried out to ensure standards of any accommodation put forward.
