NCHA would like to inform potential suppliers via this Preliminary Market Engagement notice that we are seeking to procure supplier(s) for our CCTV services. The services will include: * The upgrading existing equipment * Maintenance of newly installed and existing equipment * Servicing of newly installed and existing equipment * Installation services including transfer of equipment to other sites * Decommissioning * CCTV signage * Temporary/dummy cameras. The new contract term will be determined following the market engagement exercise. The contract value is estimated at PS1.6 - PS3m. Nottingham Community Housing Association (NCHA) houses more than 20,000 people across the East Midlands. We manage approximately 10,000 homes in Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, Lincolnshire, Leicestershire, Northamptonshire and Rutland. In addition to providing social housing, NCHA also provides Care and Support facilities across the east midlands.
