## Summary

The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea is in the planning stage for a public procurement process seeking to re-procure a Victim's Advocacy Service. This procurement falls under the "services" category and targets social research and health services, focusing on reducing the impact of anti-social behaviour and hate crime. The location for the service delivery is London, within the UKI33 region. Key dates include the submission deadline for the Expression of Interest (EOI) questionnaire scheduled for 11th July 2025, with further market engagement anticipated in November 2025. The intended contract award date is set for no later than 1st April 2026, with an indicative annual contract value of up to £65,000, excluding VAT.

This tender presents substantial opportunities for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) with expertise in delivering victim support services, given the Council's aim to engage with capable suppliers. The procurement process involves a preliminary market engagement exercise, offering businesses a chance to demonstrate their potential to offer comprehensive support packages tailored to residents affected by anti-social behaviour and hate crime. Companies experienced in advocacy, risk assessment, and multi-agency liaison will find this opportunity particularly beneficial, as the service aims to provide practical, emotional, and legal support, maximising growth potential in the public sector service delivery field.

## Notice
