Removal of the existing sand pit with the creation of a new seated/picnic area: * To remove and replace selected items of the existing play equipment and EPDM surfacing. * To construct a new sand pit in the site of the existing paddling pool and install sand play equipment. With drainage and surrounding surfacing. * To remove the existing sand pit and provide a level surface and install a picnic / seated area, incorporating the existing picnic tables. * To supply and install some imaginative play equipment / play houses, to increase the play value of both areas.
