The West Midlands Combined Authority has concluded the procurement process for the "Development and Design Services" contract within the services category encompassing architectural, construction, engineering, and inspection services. Thus, businesses with a focus on railway infrastructure, urban development, or large-scale construction engineering, particularly those who possess unique technical capabilities or local knowledge, will find open avenues for potential partnerships and project enhancements as the development of Aldridge Train Station progresses.
